Advanced Trainings: Ellen’s advanced trainings are kept intentionally small by design, ensuring each participant receives individualized attention. Her aim is to help practitioners improve both their manual dexterity along with their ability to formulate Functional Integration® lessons. Instead of teaching lessons in simpler positions such as lying on the back, stomach or side, her advanced trainings frequently include lessons that teach similar patterns in more difficult positions such as kneeling over the table, standing, sitting, or standing with one bent leg on the table. The aim is to prevent autopilot, habitual responses by introducing small achievable challenges that lead to improvements in coordination.

Practitioner Mentoring: Ellen successfully mentors practitioners all over the U.S., both in person and on-line. She specializes in pop-up mentoring sessions designed to answer practitioner questions on specific topics.
